Dr. Francine Rose DC Bofill is the Clinic Director of BPS. She got her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, MA in Psychology (Cum Laude), MA in Guidance & Counseling, and Ph.D. in Psychology (Cum Laude) at the University of Santo Tomas. She was a Psychologist at PGH's Dept. of Psychiatry & Behavioral Medicine.
